معرفی
Anna Waldeck is a Post-Doctoral Fellow at Northwestern University. Formerly a Graduate Student at the University of Chicago, she holds a BSc in Chemistry and Geophysical Sciences (2014). Her work focuses on reconstructing chemical cycling in ancient environments through stable isotope analysis of phosphates in small shelly fossils and tooth enamel. Since 2013, she has conducted laboratory research in a stable isotope ratio laboratory at the University of Chicago.
Education:
- BSc in Chemistry, University of Chicago, 2014
- BSc in Geophysical Sciences, University of Chicago, 2014
Research Interests: Anna specializes in combining fieldwork and laboratory techniques to study ancient environmental chemistry. Her research leverages oxygen isotope ratios in fossils and bioapatite to infer paleoenvironmental conditions, particularly in contexts requiring high-resolution geochemical analysis.
Labs/Teams:曾 worked in the University of Chicago's stable isotope ratio laboratory, focusing on phosphorus-oxygen isotope systems in fossilized materials.
