Anna Ujlaki is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Human Rights and Politics, Institute of Political and International Studies, Eötvös Lóránd University's Faculty of Social Sciences. She is also a Research Fellow at the HUN-REN Centre for Social Sciences (Hungarian Academy of Sciences Centre of Excellence), working in the Department of Democracy and Political Theory.

Her research focuses on political theory of migration, feminist theory, political obligation, and AI regulation. She critiques methodological nationalism and advocates for critical cosmopolitanism and care ethics in migration theory, while exploring realist approaches to AI governance.
Her recent publications span feminist and republican analyses of migration, political obligation, and AI regulation, with affiliations to the Political Normativity project (HUN-REN CSS) and the UNTWIST Horizon project. She co-authored a book chapter on Hungary's pandemic governance.

Anna supervises BA and MA students in feminist political theory, citizenship, nationalism, and academic writing. She previously held roles at the Institute of Political History and the Hungarian Academy of Sciences.
