Anna Sławik

Dr. Anna Sławik is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Management Theory and Human Capital, part of the Faculty of Management and Social Communication at Jagiellonian University. Her work focuses on strategic stakeholder analysis, corporate social responsibility, and sustainable finance. She developed the MISS® methodology for stakeholder identification, which has been advanced into a digital tool through grants and collaborations.

Her research has been funded by the Strategic Programme Excellence Initiative and CITTRU, enabling the development of a web application based on the MISS® framework. This tool is the first non-commercial software for stakeholder analysis and has been applied to urban studies and public management. International collaborations include the University of Canterbury, New Zealand; Universidad de Alicante, Spain; and the HES-GEO project under Horizon 2020.

Teaching responsibilities include courses on Management Accounting, Advanced Management Accounting, and Economic Analysis of a Company.
