Dr. Anna Sroginis is a Lecturer in Management Science at the Lancaster University Management School (LUMS), part of Lancaster University. Her research focuses on behavioral operations, particularly the integration of expert judgment with statistical forecasting methods. She explores how experts adjust forecasts using principles of behavioral psychology, emphasizing decision-making processes in promotional forecasting and forecasting support systems (FSS).
