Anna Salmi is a Senior Lecturer at Laurea University of Applied Sciences, affiliated with the School of Arts, Design and Architecture. Her research focuses on human-centered design approaches in service ecosystems, co-design methodologies, and value co-creation in service innovation. She teaches master’s-level courses in service design and co-creation, emphasizing practice-based learning through real-world collaborations with cross-disciplinary stakeholders.
