Anna Raga i Vives is a researcher at the Department of Criminal Law, Faculty of Law, Universitat de València. She is affiliated with the research group SGyDF Global security and fundamental rights.
- Education: PhD in Law from Universitat Jaume I (2024).
Her research focuses on intersections between Criminal Law, European Union Law, and fundamental rights, particularly examining constitutional limits of legal disobedience. She is supervised by Dr. María Luisa Cuerda Arnau and Dr. José Luis González Cussac.
