Anna-Pya Sjödin is an Associate Professor at the Department of Historical, Philosophical and Religious Studies, Umeå University. Her research focuses on Hinduism, Indian philosophy, postcolonial theory, and religious education. She has contributed extensively to understanding ritual traditions, Vaiśeṣika philosophy, and the ātman concept through edited volumes and articles.
