Anna Peeters

Dr. Anna Peeters is a Lecturer in the Human-Centered Design department at TU Delft's Faculty of Industrial Design Engineering. Her work focuses on designing behavioral interventions to transition food systems, particularly promoting plant-based diets. She teaches courses like Food and Eating Design (2022-2024) and Understanding Values. Active in the Designing the Protein Shift research project, her publications explore frameworks for systemic dietary transitions.
