Dr. Anna Newman-Griffis is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Biosciences at Durham University and Fellow of the Higher Education Association (FHEA). Her research examines nuclear dynamics in plants, including morphology, movement, and reorganization during development and environmental responses.
Research focuses on LINC complex functions in nuclear positioning and root symbiosis, with expertise in Medicago truncatula model systems. Additional work develops educational resources for data analysis in genomics research.
