Anna Moschovakis is an Adjunct Associate Professor in the Department of Writing at Pratt Institute's School of Liberal Arts & Sciences. She holds a B.A. in Philosophy from the University of California, Berkeley; an M.A. in Comparative Literature from The Graduate Center, CUNY; and an M.F.A. in Writing from Bard College’s Milton Avery Graduate School of the Arts.
Her research interests focus on creative writing, poetry, and literary translation, with notable works including They and We Will Get Into Trouble for This, You and Three Others Are Approaching a Lake (winner of the James Laughlin Award), and I Have Not Been Able to Get Through to Everyone. She has also translated works such as Commentary (co-translated with Christine Schwartz-Hartley), The Jokers, and The Possession.
