Anna Mary Bofin

Anna Mary Bofin is a Professor of Medicine (Pathology) and head of the Medical Student Research Program at NTNU’s Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences. She leads the Breast Cancer Subtypes Research Group, focusing on molecular subtypes, histopathology, and epidemiological factors influencing breast cancer risk and survival. Her research integrates tissue microarrays, molecular profiling, and clinical data from large cohorts. She collaborates with researchers like Professors Lars Johan Vatten and Tone Frost Bathen on projects involving HR-MAS/MR spectroscopy and imaging biomarkers.
