Anna Marie Schuh is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Public Administration at Roosevelt University's College of Humanities, Education and Social Sciences. She holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of Illinois at Chicago, an M.S. in Public Service Management from DePaul University, and a B.A. in Sociology from the University of Illinois at Chicago.

Schuh's research focuses on the Policy Change Process, Institutional Values, Civil Service Systems, Presidency, and Voting Policy. Her academic career includes previous roles as a Visiting Professor at DePaul University (2001-2002) and adjunct positions at Roosevelt University, DePaul University, and George Mason University (1988-2001). She also had a 36-year federal career, including management of the Office of Personnel Management's oversight program.
