Anna Koptelova

Anna Koptelova is a Researcher and Doctoral Assistant at the École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL), affiliated with both the Supramolecular Nanomaterials and Interfaces Laboratory (SUNMIL) and the Sustainable Materials Laboratory (SML) under the School of Engineering (STI). She is also a Doctoral Student in the Doctoral Program in Materials Science and Engineering at EPFL. Her roles include conducting research in supramolecular chemistry, nanomaterials, and sustainable materials science.

Research Interests: Anna’s work focuses on interdisciplinary materials science, with a particular emphasis on developing advanced nanomaterials and interfaces for sustainable applications. Her contributions span supramolecular design, eco-friendly material synthesis, and functional materials engineering. She collaborates with the Constellium Chair at SUNMIL, emphasizing industrial partnerships.

Labs and Teams: She is part of two prominent labs at EPFL:

• SUNMIL: Focused on supramolecular systems and their technological applications.
• SML: Dedicated to sustainable materials innovation and lifecycle analysis.
