Anna Goulden

Anna Goulden is a Research Fellow for the Public Sector Capabilities Index at the UCL Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose (IIPP), part of The Bartlett Faculty of the Built Environment at University College London. Previously, she served as a Research and Policy Analyst at IIPP and was a member of the Mission-Oriented Innovation Network (MOIN) team.

Her educational background includes:

• BA in Classics from King's College, University of Cambridge, where she was awarded the Jasper Ridley academic prize.
• Currently pursuing a Master of Research (MRes) in Public Policy at Birkbeck College, University of London.

Anna's research interests span public policy, innovation policy, technology policy, digital government, citizen engagement, and human-centred design. Her work focuses on mission-oriented innovation and international research and innovation policy, particularly in the context of South Asia and global partnerships.
