Ann Marie Sailsman, D.N.P., M.P.H., is a Clinical Assistant Professor at the Seton Hall University College of Nursing. With over 32 years of nursing experience, including 23 years as a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, she contributes expertise in maternal child health, community health, population health, pediatrics, and nursing administration.

- Specializations: Population family health, global health, service learning, child/adolescent health, health equity
- Notable Roles: Program Director for Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Population Health Grant
Dr. Sailsman has held academic leadership positions including Founding Director of the RN-BSN program at Phillips School of Nursing and Administrative Nursing Supervisor roles at St. Michael’s Medical Center. She received a Resolution from the City of Newark Municipal Council in 2014 for her public health work.
