Ann Lorraine Edwards is an Assistant Professor of Management at the School of Business, State University of New York at Oswego. Her research focuses on work-readiness, entrepreneurship education across the African Diaspora, and change management in evolving demographic contexts. She teaches courses such as MGT 261 (Business Organization) and MGT 360 (Creativity and Innovation).

She has published in the International Journal of Business Forecasting and Marketing Intelligence and received a 2022 Best Paper Award for work on the Black Lives Matter Movement’s social justice implications. Edwards emphasizes bridging educational outcomes with workforce needs through innovative pedagogy and institutional change.
