Ann DiGirolamo is a Research Professor at Georgia State University's School of Social Work within the Andrew Young School of Policy Studies. She directs the Center of Excellence for Behavioral Health & Wellbeing at the Georgia Health Policy Center and holds an adjunct faculty position at Emory University's Rollins School of Public Health. Her work focuses on behavioral health systems, mental health, nutrition, and community-based approaches to child and adolescent wellbeing.

- M.P.H. in Public Health/Behavioral Sciences, Emory University
- B.A. in Psychology & French, Emory University
Her research examines behavioral, psychosocial, and community factors affecting parent and child health, with emphasis on early childhood development, mental health workforce challenges, and global health initiatives. Current projects include:
- Mental Health Service Professional Demonstration Grant (school-based mental health internships)
- Behavioral Health Reform and Innovation Commission (Georgia policy research)
- Art Pharmacy (arts/social prescribing for mental health)
She collaborates with community and national organizations and serves on boards of CDF Action and Global Growers Network.
