Anke Schmeink is a Professor at the Chair of Information Theory and Data Analytics within the College of Engineering Sciences at RWTH Aachen University. Her work bridges information theory and practical applications in wireless communication systems.

She contributes to advancing 5G/6G architectures through interdisciplinary approaches combining reinforcement learning, sensor networks, and robust network design principles.
