Anja Mirosavljević is an Associate Professor at the University of Zagreb, Faculty of Law, affiliated with the Department of Behavioural Disorders. She serves as the Head of the Centre for Lifelong Learning and teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in conflictology, social pedagogy, and behavioral assessment. Her work focuses on juvenile justice, foster care exit processes, family resilience, and behavioral intervention design.

Research Interests span social pedagogy, criminology, and behavioral science, with particular emphasis on:
- Resilience in families facing behavioral challenges

- Restorative justice frameworks
Recent Publications include studies on pandemic-era domestic violence, behavioral questionnaires for youth, mentorship dynamics in post-care support, and evaluations of institutional programs for at-risk children and families. Leadership Roles include directing the Centre for Lifelong Learning and contributing to international initiatives like the UN Global Study on Children Deprived of Liberty (2018). She actively engages in curriculum development and professional training programs for juvenile justice professionals.
