Dr. Anita Jacobson is a Clinical Professor at the University of Rhode Island's College of Pharmacy, where she coordinates Pharmacists' Patient Care Process Laboratories and teaches in the Doctor of Pharmacy curriculum. Her academic roles are complemented by leadership positions as Program Director of the Community First Responder Program and Northeast Rural Opioid Technical Assistance Regional Center. She maintains clinical practice as a per diem pharmacist at Eleanor Slater Hospital.
Her research focuses on:

- Community-based pharmacist interventions
