Dr. Anita Barišić is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Labor Law and Social Sciences and Social Work within the Faculty of Law Osijek, Josip Juraj Strossmayer University of Osijek. She holds a PhD in Social Work and Social Policy, a Master's and Bachelor's in Social Work, and specialized qualifications in transactional analysis and psychosocial supervision. Her work bridges academic roles with extensive field practice in social welfare institutions.

She contributes to community projects as a licensed supervisor for initiatives like "Let's support and empower the child and family" and "Teach me to see the true colors." Additionally, she leads training programs for the Ministry of Labor, UNICEF, and HUSR, while managing a private consulting business (Accepta).
