Dr. Anisa Mahomed is Lecturer in Chemical Engineering at Aston University, specializing in biomaterials for medical applications. She holds an MEng in Chemical Engineering and PhD in Ophthalmic and Dermal Materials from Aston University. Her research develops hydrogel-based systems for drug delivery, wound dressings, and medical devices.
Key research areas include:
