Angelique Whitehurst

Angelique Whitehurst is an Associate Professor in Pharmacology at UT Southwestern Medical Center. Her research centers on mechanisms enabling uncontrolled tumor growth, particularly investigating how cancer-testis antigens support tumor cell viability and modulate chemotherapeutic sensitivity. She directs a lab focused on identifying tumor vulnerabilities using functional genomics approaches.
