Angeliki Varakis-Martin

Dr Angeliki Varakis-Martin is a Lecturer in Drama and Theatre at the University of Kent's School of Arts, serving as Employability Lead. She holds a PhD from Royal Holloway, University of London, following undergraduate studies at the University of Patras, Greece. Her research focuses on modern interpretations of ancient Greek theatre, particularly the work of director Karolos Koun and masked acting techniques. She coordinates the department's international exchange program, integrating practical workshops into her teaching.
