Angela T. Hall is an Associate Professor at the School of Human Resources and Labor Relations, Michigan State University (MSU), and serves as the Faculty Excellence Advocate for the College of Social Science. She holds affiliations with the MSU College of Law and the Center for Gender in a Global Context. Her expertise spans employee accountability, workplace inclusion, technology's role in work, and legal claiming. Dr. Hall earned a JD from Florida State University and a PhD in Business Administration (Organizational Behavior) from the same university.
Her research focuses on legal claiming, employee rights, and organizational dynamics. Notable contributions include studies on accommodations for psychiatric disabilities and accountability theory. Awards include the McKnight Junior Faculty Fellowship and recognition for teaching and research. She has authored over 30 peer-reviewed articles, contributed to legal journals, and advised doctoral students.
Dr. Hall teaches courses in organizational behavior, human resources, and leadership. She leads the ANDIE Lab and hosts the podcast People Talk with Angela Hall. Her grants include funding for research on employment barriers and workplace accommodations. Professional roles include Associate Editor of the Africa Journal of Management and board membership with Haven House Homeless Shelter.
