Dr. Angela Stanford serves as Dean of the School of Graduate Studies and Associate Professor of Education at Southern Arkansas University. She also directs the Ed.D. in Rural & Diverse Educational Leadership Program. Previously, she worked as a K-12 educator and Instructional Facilitator before transitioning to higher education.
