Angela Mitchell is a Lecturer in Pharmacy Practice at the Department of Life Sciences, University of Bath, with over 20 years of experience teaching pharmacy undergraduates. She is a registered pharmacist (GPhC) specializing in community pharmacy and serves as Director of Studies for Years 1 & 2 of the MPharm program, providing academic and pastoral support. As academic departmental timetabling liaison, she ensures the MPharm course's logistical coherence.

- Teaches all four years of the MPharm degree
- Contributes to curriculum design, simulation sessions, and OSCE assessments
Her research focuses on deprescribing, adverse drug events, and therapeutic risks in geriatric populations, particularly the use of centrally acting antihypertensives and alpha-blockers in fall-prone patients. One recent article (2023) explores these clinical dilemmas.
