Angela Lampe

Angela Lampe, OTD, OTR/L is an Associate Professor of Occupational Therapy and Director of the Post-Professional Occupational Therapy Doctoral Program at Creighton University's School of Pharmacy and Health Professions. She also leads Occupational Therapy Distance Education programs and participates in an Academic Administrative Fellowship at the Teaching and Learning Center. With 20+ years of healthcare administration experience, she specializes in rehabilitation leadership, accreditation/compliance processes, and quality improvement initiatives.

Her research focuses on historical inquiry in occupational therapy, leadership development, healthcare management systems, and clinical/academic quality outcomes. She has managed interprofessional therapy teams of 125+ members and contributed to strategic planning for a $24M inpatient rehabilitation unit. Professional roles include accreditation direction, program development, and interprofessional collaboration with nursing/medical leaders.

Since 2014, Dr. Lampe has taught leadership, administration, and quality improvement in entry-level and post-professional occupational therapy programs. Her work bridges clinical practice administration with academic innovation in healthcare education.
