Angela J Lamb

Dr. Angela J Lamb is an Associate Professor of Dermatology and System Vice Chair of Clinical Operations and Strategy at the Kimberly and Eric J. Waldman Department of Dermatology, Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. She also serves as Director of the Westside Mount Sinai Dermatology Faculty Practice and Medical Director of the Mount Sinai Doctors Patient Access Center. Dr. Lamb holds clinical leadership roles across multiple Mount Sinai Health System hospitals, including The Mount Sinai Hospital, Mount Sinai Morningside, and Mount Sinai West.

She graduated from Cornell University with an undergraduate degree, earned her MD from Albert Einstein College of Medicine, and completed her dermatology residency at the University of Minnesota. Her clinical expertise spans acne, eczema, hair loss, skin cancer detection, and cosmetic treatments. She specializes in managing dermatologic complications of cancer therapy, collaborating with oncologists to address chemotherapy rashes, radiation dermatitis, and facial volume loss in cancer patients. Her patient-centered approach emphasizes education and personalized care.

Dr. Lamb’s administrative roles include strategic leadership in clinical operations, patient access, and faculty practice management. She actively promotes holistic care integration between dermatology and oncology services.
