Angela Hilliard

Angela Hilliard is an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Criminology and Criminal Justice at Saint Martin’s University and a Forensic Scientist/Latent Print Examiner with the Washington State Patrol (WSP). She holds a Master of Forensic Science from National University and a B.A. in Criminal Justice from Washington State University. Her professional experience spans roles at the WSP, Glendale Police Department, and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), specializing in latent print analysis and forensic science.

Her research and professional interests focus on forensic science methodologies, crime scene investigation, and the application of forensic evidence in criminal justice systems. Outside academia, Angela volunteers with her K9 partner River in search and rescue and human remains detection missions, reflecting her commitment to community service.
