Angela Graves is an Associate Professor in the Department of Social and Behavioral Sciences at Alfred State College. She holds a Ph.D. in political science from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University, with international academic experience including a BA earned in Romania and an MA in Hungary, where she studied post-communist transitions firsthand.
Her research focuses on comparative analysis of:
