Angel Díaz Fernández

Angel Díaz Fernández serves as a Collaborating Professor in the Department of Health Sciences at the University of Jaén, specializing in physiotherapy education and clinical research. His academic role integrates teaching with evidence-based practice development in pain management.

He earned his PhD from the University of Jaén in 2024 with doctoral research supervised by Dr. Rafael Lomas Vega and Dr. Ana Raquel Ortega Martínez. His thesis examined physiotherapists' knowledge, beliefs, and implementation challenges regarding chronic pain treatment through the biopsychosocial framework, proposing educational strategies for clinical improvement.
