André Toso

André Toso is a Doctoral Researcher at the University of Évora, where he pursued a PhD in Philosophy. His work focuses on rearticulating meaning in phenomenological-hermeneutic psychotherapy, particularly through Heidegger's existential philosophy. He holds a degree in Social Communication (Journalism) from Cásper Líbero Faculty (São Paulo) and trained in Psychoanalysis with the São Paulo Society of Psychoanalysis (SPP). He is a member of the Portuguese Association of Phenomenological Philosophy (AFFEN).

His research explores the intersection of psychotherapy and hermeneutic phenomenology, emphasizing themes like anguish, temporal structures, and clinical care. Recent publications include articles on 'tempo cairológico' and sense rearticulation in psychotherapy contexts.
