André-Noël Roth Deubel

André-Noël Roth Deubel is a Professor at the National University of Colombia (UNAL), Bogotá, affiliated with the Department of Political Science within the Faculty of Law, Political and Social Sciences (FDCPyS). He holds a PhD in Economic and Social Sciences (Political Sciences specialization) from the University of Geneva (1999), a Master's in Political Science (1994), and a Political Scientist degree (1990).
