András Bereczki serves as an Associate Professor and Head of the Department of Finno-Ugric Studies within the Institute of Hungarian Linguistics and Finno-Ugric Studies at Eötvös Loránd University's Faculty of Humanities in Budapest, Hungary.
His research centers on Hungarian Linguistics and Finno-Ugric Studies, with specialized focus on Uralic language structures, historical linguistics, and Hungarian language evolution within the Finno-Ugric family.
