Andrzej Sękowski

Prof. Andrzej Sękowski is a faculty member at the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin, affiliated with the Faculty of Social Sciences and the Department of Psychology of Individual Differences. His research spans themes such as achievement motivation, emotional intelligence, personality traits, and their intersections with stress coping, creativity, and social functioning across diverse populations (students, professionals, individuals with disabilities, etc.).
