Andrzej Kapusta

Dr hab. Andrzej Kapusta is a Professor at the Department of Aesthetics and Philosophy of Culture, Faculty of Philosophy and Sociology, Maria Curie-Skłodowska University. His research focuses on socio-cultural aspects of knowledge, medical practices, and decision-making processes.

• Current projects: Leading the Expert Team for Education Quality, mentoring in the 'Przyjazny Uniwersytet' initiative

He has published extensively on madness, psychopathology, and medical humanities, including monographs Madness and Method (2010) and Medical Humanities in Theory and Practice (2017). His recent work explores transformative experiences and values-based practice in psychiatry.
