Dr. Andrzej Kapanowski is an Assistant Professor at Jagiellonian University's Faculty of Physics, Astronomy and Applied Computer Science. His research focuses on liquid crystal physics, statistical mechanics, and computational methods. He obtained his habilitation in physics (2012) and PhD (1997) from the same institution. He supervises doctoral and master's theses, with recent work exploring Python optimization and computational tools.
