Dr. Andrie Michaelides serves as a Visiting Fellow at Cranfield School of Management, Cranfield University, with active research and teaching engagements spanning gender diversity in leadership and women's career sustainability. She maintains dual academic appointments between Cranfield University and the University of Cyprus.

Her research program critically examines how flexible working arrangements interact with national, organizational, and family contexts to influence women managers' career trajectories. Current work focuses on human capital resource disclosures, CHRO roles in corporate governance, and cross-cultural comparisons of managerial career sustainability. She develops theoretical models connecting workplace flexibility with long-term career viability, particularly for women in leadership positions.
Dr. Michaelides serves as Co-Chair for the Gender in Management Track at the British Academy of Management conference since 2018, shaping scholarly discourse in the field. Her teaching portfolio includes Human Resources Management and Organizational Behavior courses at both graduate and undergraduate levels at the University of Cyprus for the past five years.
