Andrey Timofeev

Andrey Timofeev is a Research Associate Professor at the Andrew Young School of Policy Studies, Georgia State University, affiliated with the Department of Economics and the Public Finance Research Cluster. His expertise spans international public-sector reform, budgeting, fiscal decentralization, and tax policy.

His research focuses on fiscal governance and policy implementation in international contexts, emphasizing structural economic reforms and decentralized finance. Timofeev’s work bridges academic rigor with practical policy solutions, particularly in emerging economies.
