Andrew Wilcox teaches jazz piano as a Lecturer at the University of Rhode Island. Active in the Hartford jazz scene, he performs with the Haneef Nelson Quintet and Hartford Jazz Orchestra. Performance collaborations include Jazzmeia Horn, Jason Marsalis, and Houston Person.

He leads his own trio and sextet performing original compositions. Notable performances include the Newport Jazz Festival as a substitute pianist for Jazzmeia Horn.
