Andrew Twinamatsiko

Andrew Twinamatsiko is an Adjunct Professor at Mitchell Hamline School of Law, where he teaches public health law and state and local government law. He also serves as Associate Director of the Health Policy and the Law Initiative at the O’Neill Institute for National & Global Health, Georgetown University Law Center.
