Andrew Starsky is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Physical Therapy at Marquette University. He earned a B.S. in Electrical Engineering (1992) and an M.P.T. (1998) from Marquette, followed by a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering (2007) while working full-time. He teaches didactic courses in the 5th and 6th years of Marquette's Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program, including advanced biomechanics, electrophysical agents, and evidence-based decision-making.

His professional affiliations include the American Physical Therapy Association and the Wisconsin Physical Therapy Association, and he holds certifications as a Licensed Physical Therapist and Certified Weight Trainer.
