Andrew Sack is a Parekh Research Assistant Professor in the Department of Mathematics at the University of Michigan (LSA School). His research focuses on polyhedral combinatorics and the combinatorics of poset associahedra. He holds a Ph.D. from UCLA (2024), an M.A. from UCLA (2022), and a B.S. from the University of Florida (2019).

His research explores the intersection of combinatorics and geometry, particularly in poset associahedra and their applications. He has published works on operahedron lattices, stack-sorting algorithms, and polytope invariants. Sack also engages in applied research, including audio enhancement using non-negative matrix factorization.
Teaching roles include courses in linear algebra, analysis, and discrete structures at UCLA and the University of Michigan. He maintains an active YouTube and TikTok presence (handle: @sackvideo) to popularize mathematics.
