Andrew Park

Andrew Park is a Lecturer in the Department of Illustration at ArtCenter College of Design, where he earned his BFA in 2018. He teaches figure drawing, head painting, and costume drawing, and serves as a painting assistant to Sayre Gomez.

His research in figurative art explores the human condition through acrylic paintings and panel works. Recent exhibitions include group shows at MOCA Los Angeles and Anthony Gallery in Chicago, as well as a solo exhibition titled 'The Places We Built' in Chicago.

Andrew's artworks, such as Waning Slumber and Super Smash Bros. Melee, reflect themes of pop culture and emotional narratives. His practice combines studio-based figurative painting with academic instruction.
