Research interests include DNA repair pathways, genome stability during mitosis, RecQ helicase functions, and evolution of DNA damage response systems. His work employs bioinformatics, proteomics, microscopy, and CRISPR-Cas9 technologies to explore:
- Coordination of DNA damage recognition with cell cycle checkpoints
- Translational applications for cancer therapies
- Protein-protein interaction networks in DDR
- Novel biomarker discovery for DNA repair disorders
Research output (15 most recent) reveals expertise in DNA repair dynamics, mitotic genome integrity, and cancer-related signaling mechanisms. Collaborations span institutions addressing genomic instability and oncogenic processes.
