Andrew Mergen is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Law and Faculty Director of the Emmett Environmental Law & Policy Clinic at Harvard Law School, Harvard University. He teaches courses such as Environmental Law and Policy Clinic and Natural Resources Law, with a focus on administrative and regulatory law.
