Andrew Martin

Andrew Martin is Chancellor and Professor of Political Science, Law, Statistics, and Data Science at Washington University in St. Louis, holding a PhD from the same institution. His research examines judicial behavior, political methodology, and empirical legal studies.

His influential work includes creating the Martin-Quinn Scores for Supreme Court ideology measurement and developing the Supreme Court Database. He has received funding from NSF, Mellon and MacArthur Foundations.
