Andrew Jordan is aProfessor andCo-Director of the Institute for Quantum Studies atChapman University's Schmid College of Science and Technology. Previously, he was aProfessor of Physics at theUniversity of Rochester (2006-2021) after earning hisPhD in Theoretical Physics (2002) fromUniversity of California, Santa Barbara andBS in Physics and Mathematics (1997) fromTexas A&M University.

Research Focus
His work spansquantum measurement theory,superconducting qubit design, andquantum thermoelectric phenomena.
