Andrew Johnson is an Academic Tutor on the PGCE Education Distance Learning program at the University of Sunderland. With a background in primary education, he previously served as a primary school headteacher and School Improvement Officer, focusing on leadership development and early career support. His expertise includes Primary English and Science education, leadership training, and school improvement strategies. He continues to work across the UK as a School Improvement Partner, coaching leaders and supporting governance in educational institutions.
